Founder of The Coaches Circle Academy
Ihab Badawi (IB) Author of the “Rise of The Transcendence Leader-Coach”, a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Certified Marketing Expert (CME), and Certified Franchise Expert (CFE), is a distinguished figure in the coaching & corporate leadership landscape, boasting a 25-year journey that traversed 58 countries. His expertise in leading transformative projects and nurturing teams paved the way for his pivotal shift. Embracing a passion for leadership, he established organizations dedicated to fostering innovative leadership approaches. With 15 years of extensive research, he crafted “The Transcendence Coaching Model,” a unique coaching model shared globally. As a Master Certified Coach, Ihab heads The Coaches Circle Academy (CCA) and leads an international network of coaches, trainers and consultants, guiding clients worldwide in shaping their internal leadership paradigms. He is currently based in Vancouver, Canada.
BISSAN FAYAD
CEO of Career Lab Consultancy and Training L.L.C
Bissan is the founder of Career Lab and is currently leading a team to design and deliver learning modules that impact cultural change in organizations. She is also leading another team that operates Career Lab’s technical and vocational training institute. Bissan is inspired by people’s potential. She believes in talent development and that true leaders keep learning. She is driven by the value of Kindness and believes that ‘Clear is Kind’.
Bissan has 20 years of professional experience in People & Culture across multiple fields like Leisure & Entertainment, Retail, Oil & Gas, Government, Banking & Consulting.
Before Career Lab, Bissan was the Talent Management Director at Farah Experiences. Bissan is an executive coach trained on the transcendence coaching model and holds a higher education degree in HR management.
