For Level 2, no placement hours required.

For Level 3, if unemployed, it is recommended to find a nursery setting where you can volunteer, as a minimum of 2-3 months of experience in a nursery environment is needed to meet the observation criteria. While Career Lab can suggest nurseries, placement availability cannot be guaranteed.

For level 5, you are required to complete an observation in an early years setting, specifically in an administrative, managerial, deputy, or head teacher role. To meet the observation criteria, it is recommended to volunteer in a nursery setting, gaining at least 2-3 months of experience for familiarity.

After completing all assignments and payments, if you are studying within a Group, you will need to wait between 2 to 3 months for certificates to be claimed.

This is a lifetime achievement.

This will be provided after three months from the commencement of the course to make sure the learner will continue in the whole course.  As an example, for now, kindly input Cache Level 3 – September 2023.

Yes, as per the Ministry of Education UAE, you need to be CACHE qualified to be eligible to teach in Early Years settings in the UAE.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have a good command of English, and hold a high school certificate (attested if obtained outside the UAE). No prior teaching experience is necessary.

CACHE Level 2 is a 6-week course with assignments to be submitted every week. There are no midterms or exams required. 

It is not compulsory. However, getting experience working with children would be ideal if you haven’t done so.

Yes, you can proceed to CACHE Level 3 upon completing all the course requirements of CACHE Level 2.

Yes, you will qualify as a Teacher Assistant after completing CACHE Level 2.

We provide you with an e-handbook, and assignments will be communicated through email and sent back to the learner with detailed feedback.

Yes, the course can be expedited from 6 weeks to 4 weeks; however, this will come up at additional cost.

  The NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Working in the Early Years Sector (Early Years Educator) equips learners with the skills to become Early Years Educators or Teachers. Upon completing the course, graduates are qualified to work with children aged 0 to 5 and can serve as lead teachers in early years classrooms.

There is no longitudinal study associated with the updated CACHE 3 diploma.


Yes, you will be observed by your tutor at a nursery setting, at the end of the first term of theory (in the 7th month). Following your observations, a professional discussion will be held to demonstrate your understanding of the theory.

Ideally, you should be employed or volunteering in a setting to complete the required 100 hours of work experience (up to a maximum of 350 hours) and to carry out your observations.

Yes, as per the Ministry of Education UAE, you need to be CACHE qualified in order to be eligible to teach in early years settings in the UAE.

Yes, you will qualify as a Lead Nursery Teacher after completing CACHE Level 3.

We provide an e-handbook, e-textbook, and all assignments, which will be shared via email, along with detailed feedback on your progress.  

Either Cache Level 2 or relevant teaching experience, a bachelor's degree in any other field along with 2 years’ experience in early years teaching.

If assignments are submitted ahead of schedule and no revisions or resubmissions are required, the course can be accelerated and completed before the standard ten-month timeframe.  

We do our best to assist our learners with job placement by referring them to our affiliated nurseries. However, we cannot guarantee 100% placement due to the large number of students—over 500—that we need to accommodate. Placement will depend on how you navigate the screening process, your educational background, work experience, and the specific requirements of the nurseries. Please note that the competition is strong.

Yes, as per the Ministry of Education UAE, you need to be CACHE qualified to be eligible to manage an Early Years setting in the UAE.

Cache level 3 or equivalent, or a bachelor’s degree in any field plus two years of experience in early years setting.

CACHE Level 5 is a 10-month course with assignments to be submitted every week, along with professional discussions, a direct observation and a research topic. There are no midterms or exams required. 

The research project consists of three parts, the typical assignment. The Research Proposal is where the learner will choose a topic, specify the aim and objectives, conduct a literature review and collect data. The Research evaluation is analysing this data and reach conclusions.

Each unit has a set of questions to be answered from a practical approach; some will be by providing evidence or explaining what to do in specific scenarios. All answers should be submitted in a written form and discussed in a one-on-one session with the trainer/assessor.

Yes, ideally, the candidate should have prior experience in a teaching or leadership role.

Yes, you can proceed to a Bachelor’s degree in Education or directly to PGCE if you have two years of experience in an early years setting.
